First Doctor's Visit

Geneva had her 2-week check- up today. Like we suspected, she is growing like a spring flower! Little darling was born at 7lb and 4oz and 19inches and NOW weighs 7lbs, 11oz and is 20 inches long. The doctor said that by 2 weeks, they just expect babies to be back at their birth weight, but Geneva has surpassed that by 7 ounces! I don't think she cared for the whole experience much though- once we had to take off her clothes she was pretty much done with the whole thing. Thank goodness Greg was there so he could soothe her while I asked the doctor questions. By the way, I really like our doctor. She is double board certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, so she will also be my doctor. First she is female, which I love and she is also young and very sweet. (Note: I promise I do not discriminate by gender and age, but I just really like her).
