Today our little darling turned one year old. It seems like only a few days ago that we were coming home from the hospital with our most special gift . . .but time moves fast and now G baby is nearly G toddler.
So today Gram, Tori, and Greg were ready to start year two of Geneva’s life the same way she started year one; with love, caring and excitement.
After a morning with Gram, Geneva went for her one year photo shoot. She of course was adorable. After the shoot, Mommy took the afternoon off to be with her. They got to spend some time outside blowing bubbles and listening to the wind blow through the trees.
After a few hours of play . . .Daddy came home with a big red wagon and a bouquet of Gerbera daisies. G wanted that wagon so bad so we took her on a walk right away.
She loved her wagon so much.
At the park, G got to play on all the equipment. From swings, to seesaw to slide, she had a blast.
Soon it was time to go home.
But on the way home we ran into our friend Blake who was very excited about our party on Saturday.
Geneva told Blake to be sure to make it over for cake!
Later in the evening Geneva got the special treat of frozen yogurt. Gram has been trying to feed this tasty number to Geneva for some time but mommy said not until she was one. Tonight was her night.
Geneva loved it!
Geneva had a wonderful birthday and loved spending time with her family. She also appreciates all the calls from friends and family and hopes to see everyone soon.
1 YEAR OLD!

So cute.
Geneva's always looked more like Tori to me, but in picture 2, I finally see a Greg resemblance popping up. That look of consternation is definitely a Greg face.
