AKA: Snow Day
Monday we woke up to 3 inches of snow and freezing temperatures. Any lasting snow in Midland is a guaranteed snow day for the local schools, daycares, and colleges. We’ve had snow days before, but this year it felt like a real one since Geneva and I made Gingerbread cookies and played outside in the snow. It took us 30 minutes to get dressed and we had an hour of fun out in the cold. I’m sparing you the lovely photos of the plastic grocery sacks tied over my tennis shoes.
