Landscape vegetable gardening

In the spirit of locally ploduced organic produce, we are going to grow some of our own- in the landscaping! Greg built the bed, the sprinkle line was already there, and I filled it with an organic soil / compost mix. I bought locally grown plant starters and of friend matt (the guy that runs the farmers market) is goin to come over and give suggestions about plant placement. Oh and he is bringing me worms to add to my compost pile. Did you know that adding worms greatly speeds up the compost process and eliminates the need to 'turn' the pile? I have also been saving old coffee grounds separatly to apply directly as a fertilizer.

Here are pics so far.

Tomato plants in back, chives and eggplant on left. Cucumbers, peppers, squash, and chives allong the front (L to R). Topped with vermapost and cedar mulch. Basil, chard, and cilantro will be in a large pot.
