Cecily 9 Months

9 Months!  I specifically remember 9 months with Geneva, because I remember it being a really neat baby age.  Still a baby, still cuddles, nurses, etc., but more interactive and curious about her environment, mobile (!), and therefore slightly more independent.

Cecily has *just* begun crawling short distances.  She does some combinations of rolling, crawling, and lunging and is able to get just about anywhere she wants to go.. eventually.  I can put her in the middle of a room with toys scattered about and step away for a few minutes at a time while she explores and plays.

Today, she tapped a tin box with a metal spoon after watching Geneva do so.

She has pulled up one time- just enough for me to panic about lowering the sides of the crib.

I am loving that her hair is long enough to clip a bow in her hair without a headband (the important things, you know).

She has just gotten a second bottom tooth and now has her two front, lower teeth.

Today, her nose has been very very runny and she has been more needy/fussy-- I think she is working on some more teeth.

Love this little gal!!
