Mom and Greg were joking all day about me living in a pumpkin because I am kind of obsessed with them right now. For a dollar a piece (small ones), I bought 12 at the Farm on Saturday. Today mom and I roasted, pureed, and made pumpkin butter to put into the freezer. It was a 9+ hour task, but yuuummm.
Here 1/2 of them after roasted for over an hour.
