Since Greg turned 30, that means that I did also. And just so you know, I am totally cool with it. I think our 30's are going to be awesome! Greg planned a sweet surprise dinner and then evening with some of my friends. We had our dinner and just after we finished, some of my friends and sister in law came to hang out with me. The next day, we took a trip with some friends and their kids to the Texas/Mexico border to spend a long weekend. It was the most relaxing and delightful trip! Both of our children are 6 months older than theirs and we have ben spending time with this family since we were pregnant with our first. We had a great time just letting the older girls run and play, swimming in the pool, and scoping out the Rio Grande. The guys got to play golf and Greg even got in a 1/2 day of bird watching. The west Texas mountains are so beautiful.
