That the way for Geneva to get a tooth was to bet against it. (!!) Yes, that’s right. Being parent newbies, we had no idea that the first show of a tooth would be as minor as a hairline crack in her gums. Obviously, my expectation of her waking up with full-length chompers was way off base. Had her babysitter not have called my attention to the little tooth rising to the surface, I’d have been waiting for who knows how long to finally proclaim…..
