This little "challenge" at the YMCA was just what I needed to get motivated and moving! This month, I was at the gym 23 out of 27 days. At the end of it, I feel proud of myself for making and sticking to the committment for my health and motivated to keep up the momentum (though with more strength training and a little less cardio).
Will logging endless miles on the stationary bike, I read about a website https://players.introplay.com/ that allows people to start their own "intraleauges" of friends to set goals and score points based on fitness miles/effort, etc. I think this sounds kind of cool and might have a similar motivating impact that working out with a partner does.
Who is interested???
I haven't registered yet, but plan to. I'm pretty sure you register first and then get organized into a league after that.
