Cappuccino Frappuccino

Lately, as an evening treat, I have been making Greg and I a pitcher of homemade frappuccino in the blender.

A few years back I made this sort of chocolatey cappucino dry mix and gave it away at Christmas. I kept some for us and it makes a really sime and yummy frozen drink.

I don't measure anything, but for 2 huge cups, I add to a blender:

Tons of ice
About a cup of cooled coffee
About 4 tbspns of the drink mix

I blend all the chunks out and serve it smooth to eat with a spoon/straw.

I don't have exact numbers but I estimate that there are fewer than 60 calories per serving. Yum! And it satisfies the want for something sweet (and cold for you ice cream lovers) in the evening.
